Daughters of the American Revolution
The National Society Daughters of the American Revolution (NSDAR or DAR) is a non-profit, non-political, volunteer women’s service organization comprising 3,000 chapters and over 180,000 members.
We are not your grandmother’s DAR! We are Today’s DAR: a group of diverse women of common ancestry with an unquenchable thirst for the history of our country and for preserving that history through historic preservation, education and patriotic programs. Our activities extend beyond our monthly meetings to active service in our community.
